Job description
In collaboration with the Sports Tots Director, you will be responsible for the leadership, development, and growth of Sports Tots across the Newcastle region.
Sports Tots has experienced significant growth over the past 12 months. We are developing internal roles to consolidate existing contracts and seeking individuals to enthusiastically deliver classes to our current clients and to generate new business opportunities. The successful coach will deliver our amazing multi-sport programs across our regular daycare centers.

This position would suit university students, personal trainers looking for more hours, Mum/Dad or people with an ELC or teaching background.
The role will support three main delivery areas:
Program Delivery
* Deliver and execute our Sports Tots curriculum
* Review, update and/or develop coaching resources and tools supporting delivery
Early learning centres
* Maintain and consolidate relationships with Early Learning Centres (Daycares)
* Manage program schedules and programming
* Distribute educational resources
Business Development
* Enthusiastically seek new business opportunities through developing and maintaining relationships with the educators and leadership teams at existing Early Learning Centres.
* Identify and research new Early Learning Centres in the area and to prospect for new business via the delivery of trial classes at potential new centres.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Education:
* High School (Year 12) (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driver Licence with access to a vehicle (Required)
