We are seeking a talented and experienced Phone Repair Technician & Sales Associate to join our team in a busy Ipswich shopping center. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a dual role, providing both expert technical repair and exceptional customer service. We have casual, part-time, and full-time positions available.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Expert Technical Repair: Diagnosing and performing component-level repairs on a variety of iPhones, Android phones, iPads, and Samsung tablets with a high degree of skill and efficiency.
* Customer Engagement: Confidently engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best accessories and services.
* Sales Performance: Meeting and exceeding sales targets to earn generous, performance-based bonuses.
* Store Maintenance: Ensuring the retail environment is always clean, organized, and welcoming.

* Casual Roles: A highly competitive base rate starting from $36+ per hour.
* Full-Time Remuneration: The right candidate can earn a total package of over $100,000 per year, which includes:
* Base Salary: A strong base of $68,000 - $75,000, depending on your experience.
* Incentive Bonuses: Over $8,000 for achieving realistic sales targets.
* Retention Bonuses: A tiered bonus structure that rewards long-term commitment: $2,000 (Year 1), $3,000 (Year 2), $5,000 (Year 3), and $8,000 (Year 4).

What We're Looking For
We need a candidate with a strong work ethic and a proven track record. You should have:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the mobile device repair and accessories industry.
* Technical Skills: Exceptional ability to diagnose and perform complex component-level repairs.
* Customer Service: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Work Ethic: A proactive and reliable attitude, able to work independently in a retail setting.
* Availability: The flexibility to work weekends and during peak holiday seasons.

* Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia
Your Progression Path
All candidates will begin on a 6-month casual contract, with the option to work up to 76 hours or more per fortnight. Formal performance reviews will be conducted at the 3- and 6-month marks.
Upon successful review, you will be offered a permanent part-time or full-time contract based on your performance and preference.
