Office Administrator – Full Time

TD Wright Plumbing & Maintenance Pty Ltd is a well-established, medium-sized commercial plumbing maintenance company, seeking a motivated, reliable, and forward-thinking individual to join our team in a full-time Office Administration role based in our Fyansford office.
This position plays a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and client service delivery. The successful applicant will be responsible for a range of administrative and coordination duties, including:
* Answering incoming calls and assisting clients in a professional manner
* Coordinating, scheduling, and prioritising incoming work requests
* Managing and allocating jobs to field staff
* Updating online work order and client portals
* General administrative support to the wider team

Our work spans a diverse range of sites, including office buildings, aged care facilities, industrial properties, retail environments, and healthcare facilities.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, clear and confident communication, and the ability to think critically when assessing and coordinating work. A willingness to learn about the plumbing trade and broader building services environment is essential.
Key Requirements:

* Willingness to undertake a Police Check
* Current driver’s licence
Preferred (but not essential):
* Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role
* Exposure to plumbing or a related trade environment
* Technically minded with the ability to understand service-based workflows
