Suncorp is continuing to grow in North Queensland, and our Townsville Contact Centre (opened June 2025) is expanding rapidly. We’re now recruiting full‑time Customer Service Representatives to join our SUN & GIO team and support customers across Australia.

Shift Pattern:
This role is a Full-Time Role offering:
* Option 1: 37.5 hours per week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday Start window 08:00am -10:00am
* Option 2: 37.5 hours per week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Start window 08:00am -10:00am
* Option 3: 37.5 hours per week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Start window 10:00am -11:00am
Please note: ‘Start window’ means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.
