The Role: As our clients Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome while keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly. This is a 1-week contract role commencing on the 5th of January, with the possibility of extension. Your key responsibilities will include: Greeting clients and managing visitor sign-in processes Answering and directing calls with professionalism Coordinating mail, couriers, and office supply orders Maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area Providing administrative support to the wider team About You: You’re organised, confident, and enjoy keeping things running.
