Job Description Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimise procurement processes and reduce costs. Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and value for money. Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms and conditions. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain a seamless supply chain. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all procurement activities. Prepare and present detailed reports on procurement activities and performance metrics. The Successful Applicant Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management Confidence leading RFx processes and commercial negotiations Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders across technical teams A commercial mindset with a focus on cost, value, and risk management Experience working in technical or engineering-led environments (highly regarded) A proactive approach to improving processes and driving procurement maturity What's on Offer Competitive salary range of $150000 to $190000.
