The Role
* Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure
* Manage the engineer team assisting setting out individual responsibilities, assistance with development and ensuring overall team performance
* Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
* Review project documents including estimates, design drawing, proposals and contracts per management in delivering structural and fitout components of a large multi-billion dollar development.
* Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout.
Experience/Qualifications Required
* A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1 builders in a site or project engineer role (minimum of 5 years) - In Australia for a head contractor
* Strong finishes and services experience on luxury apartments highly regarded
* Experience working on large scale projects in QLD with an understanding of EBA requirements
* A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
* Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
* Experience developing talent
* Experience in managing large teams in a Tier 1 major project environment
* Compliance with legislative and policy requirement

* $160,000 - $200,000 + Super (negotiable for the right candidate) - Experience determined salary bandings
