This leading modern mid tier law firm, known for their long term relationships with clients and highly regarded brand are experiencing even more growth. An opportunity for a a superstar Office Assistant has come up and needs you to support a team of busy staff. This is an opportunity for someone who is switched on and wants to experience a fun corporate environment whilst helping make sure everything runs smoothly. This role will be different day to day and involve duties from receptionist to general administration tasks.
**Your Day to Day**: 
Being the one of the first point of contacts for the business and making sure everything runs smoothly your day to day will look like this:
- Front end reception duties 
- Travel arrangements 
- Booking of meeting rooms 
- Scheduling meetings 
- Deliver documents to court 
- Deliveries & couriers 
- Dealing with customer inquiries 
- Assisting with company website updates 
- Attending phone calls 
- Coordinating mail room 
- Manage all scanning & filling 
- Assistance with internal and external events
**You'll Need**:
- Good attention to detail 
- Strong communication skills 
- Excellent can do attitude 
- 1-2 years minimum experience in admin 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
