About the Role:
As a Personal Care Assistant – Care Support, you will provide essential support services to ensure the well-being and comfort of our residents. Working closely with our Clinical, Care, and Hotel Services teams, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. This role is for those who are currently enrolled & studying Certificate III Individual Support in Ageing or related only.
Your roster:
Week 1 & Week 2: Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 8.30AM - 2.30PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with household tasks, including bed making, linen changes, and laundry distribution
* Deliver meals, beverages, and assisted feeding support as required
* Support residents in attending lifestyle activities and provide emotional well-being assistance
* Distribute continence aids and assist with mobility needs
* Maintain infection control and workplace safety standards
* Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and colleagues
What We're Looking For:
* A compassionate and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude
* Strong time management and teamwork skills
* A commitment to upholding the Aged Care Code of Conduct and resident rights
* Currently studying Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or willingness to obtain within 12 months of employment
* National Police Check and required vaccinations as per government mandates
