Requirements:
* Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification is essential.
* Current Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.
* Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
* Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and strong communication skills when interacting with clients and their families.
