We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Centre Director to lead our vibrant 96-place Nido service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspiring young minds and creating joyful learning experiences.

About the Service:

* Our service caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 3 beautiful outdoor play areas.
* We offer incredible in-service support from a full-time Service Administrator and full-time Curriculum Leader.
* Our long-standing Area Manager provides guidance and support throughout your career.

* We utilise the Story Park platform to enhance communication with families and foster active participation.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
* Minimum 12 months experience in managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar.
* In-depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children.
* Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
* A valid Working with Children Check is required.
* A current First Aid Certificate is required.
