Position

You’ll manage cardiology consults, diagnostics, and interventional care while overseeing both the Coronary Care Unit and Cardiac Investigations Unit.
With access to angiography, cardiac CT and MRI, and a full range of echo services, you’ll deliver comprehensive cardiac care to a varied patient population.
The position includes collaborative work across departments and facilities, active involvement in service planning, and teaching responsibilities through links with the University of Queensland.
The role supports both clinical excellence and strategic innovation, providing opportunities to mentor junior staff and shape the future of cardiology services in a regional setting.

Requirements
Hold the FRACP – Cardiology
RACP Advanced Trainees eligible for fellowship within 6 months.
Specialist training assessed by FRACP and found to be substantially comparable / interview date confirmed.
