About this role

This is an opportunity to excel in business development, driving new business and securing new clients across Australia.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including identifying leads, qualifying opportunities, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.

To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to build credible relationships at multiple levels.

Key responsibilities

* Uncover new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new clients
* Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close
* Bid, negotiate, and close deals with senior stakeholders
* Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools

About your skills

* Proven track record in business development and sales
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong understanding of CRM tools and data analysis

Your rewards

* Year 1 package worth up to $150,000 + Super & uncapped commission
* Company car or car allowance
* Minimum earning potential of $220,000+
* Quarterly bonus up to $30,000 and international sales conference for top performers
