Key responsibilities
* Uncover new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new clients
* Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close
* Bid, negotiate, and close deals with senior stakeholders
* Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools

* Proven track record in business development and sales
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong understanding of CRM tools and data analysis
