Job Description As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in pre-sales and Go to Market activities, working closely with clients to understand their business needs to craft compelling proposals that deliver business value. You will be the driving force behind creating cutting-edge, comprehensive and innovative solutions based on Microsoft Modern work and Security technologies. You will collaborate and partner closely with our clients to design end-to-end solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible. This role demands a deep understanding of Microsoft capability and the ability to architect compelling solutions that meet our customers’ business strategies. You will be responsible for architectural decisions ensuring solutions are compliant with industry regulations, standards and best practices. You will work closely with sales teams to highlight the business value of solutions, ensuring alignment with client strategies. Your responsibilities include delivering presentations, technical workshops and demos to explain complex concepts, responding to RF(x) requests with tailored solutions, developing compelling value propositions and creation of GTM solutions and marketing materials. You will need a deep understanding of Microsoft' technology landscapes to inform strategic recommendations and participate in strategic sales planning, ensuring IT initiatives meet both client and company goals. You will create solution documentation including architecture diagrams, scoping, pricing, implementation methodology to guide implementation, collaborate with capability teams to meet technical and business requirements, and manage risks to ensure designs comply with regulations. Additionally, you will provide governance during the delivery phase to maintain architectural integrity and alignment with the original design. You will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges, and work closely with Microsoft and NCS practice capability teams to ensure solution alignment. You will clearly communicate architectural decisions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels, maintain a professional presence in client-facing situations, and build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
