Due to company expansion, we are currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Commercial Business Manager - Enterprise - VIC & TAS to join the Commercial Team of our System Business Group in Victoria, reporting to the Head of Commercial - SYS BG.
As the Commercial Business Manager - Government - NSW & ACT, you will drive commercial growth and market penetration for the SYS Commercial product portfolio within the Enterprise vertical in VIC and TAS.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
* Taking full ownership in opening and progressing new commercial opportunities to measurable outcomes within the Enterprise Vertical across VIC & TAS;
* Driving market engagement through direct outreach, industry networking, partner engagement and targeted initiatives to create momentum and demand;
* Strengthening ASUS brand presence and credibility within nominated reseller networks and key segments;
* Establishing and leveraging high-impact relationships with partners and decision-makers to uncover and progress opportunities;
* Executing and supporting all forms of targeted engagement and promotional activities to generate interest and outcomes;
* Working closely with ASUS partners (distributors, solution integrators, and solution providers) to improve market coverage, partner alignment and opportunity flow;
* Providing structured feedback to HQ to support partner strategy, data accuracy and local market relevance;
* Conducting ongoing market research to identify target organisations and emerging trends, as well as collaborate with the Head of Commercial – SYS BG to identify new channels, platforms and approaches to accelerate market penetration;
* Partnering closely with the Technical Team to shape compelling, fit-for-purpose offerings and solutions aligned to external requirements;
* Delivering product and solution briefings or training to partners and internal teams as required.
Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years of business development experience within the IT industry in Australia
* Proven experience engaging directly with Enterprise end-users, with established relationships with Enterprise resellers
* Strong knowledge of the VIC Enterprise market
* Well-established relationships and credibility within the Enterprise Vertical
* Excellent understanding of IT hardware and passionate about ASUS PC products
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of stakeholders
* Exceptional client service skills and well-developed negotiation & persuasion skills
* Australian citizen or permanent resident with unlimited working rights within Australia, no overseas applicants.
