Job Description: We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A passion for delivering friendly, personalized and exceptional customer service
* Advanced skills in promoting and selling accommodation services and facilities
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
* Experience with front office booking systems (RMS highly regarded)
* A high level of attention to detail
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
* Maturity and flexibility in your approach to work
