Unlock SAP SuccessFactors Expertise
You will work with global delivery teams to design, build, test and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
* Leading functional and technical expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, including integration with other systems.
* Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving and presentation skills to drive issue resolution.
* Identify, develop and implement solutions that bridge gaps to meet business needs.
This role requires:
* Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Tracking, with experience in SAP HCM.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
* At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a delivery consultant designing, building and deploying SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
* Minimum of 4 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations (certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is advantageous).
