About the Role:
* Position: Casual Waiter/Sommelier
* Hours: Approx. 30 hours per week (evening and weekend availability required)
* Location: Wineology, Brisbane
What You'll Do:
* Provide warm, engaging, and professional table service in a fast-paced yet relaxed setting.
* Guide guests through our curated wine list with confidence and expertise.
* Offer food and wine pairing recommendations tailored to each guest's taste.
* Assist with wine service including decanting, pouring, and cellar maintenance.
* Support general floor operations including taking orders, running food, and resetting tables.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous hospitality experience (sommelier or wine-focused service preferred).
* Strong wine knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing it.
* RSA certification (QLD) is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A team player with a positive attitude and professional presentation.
