**Reception / Office Admin - Mature-Minded & Experienced**

We are seeking a **mature-minded, experienced Reception/Admin Assistant** to join our friendly and fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity to **work locally** and enjoy a stable role close to home with a well-regarded business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greeting clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls with confidence and clarity
- Managing bookings, scheduling technicians, and coordinating daily jobs
- Maintaining accurate records of customer information and job details
- Supporting the office with data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Assisting with invoicing and liaising with accounts where required
- Keeping the reception and office area tidy and well-organised
**Key Requirements**
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Calm, reliable, and solution-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
- **Experience in the garage door or trades industry is preferred but not essential**

Pay: $46,460.00 - $82,152.90 per year
