Your Role:
You’re a Project Manager – Innovation & Delivery who thrives on turning ideas into practical outcomes. You will lead the delivery of capital and operational improvement projects across the plant, ensuring initiatives are well-planned, efficiently executed and deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage end-to-end delivery of capital and strategic projects from concept through to commissioning
* Develop project scopes, business cases and capital applications, including costings, benefits, milestones and KPIs
* Plan, coordinate and manage resources, timelines and workflows to ensure successful project delivery
* Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure solutions are practical and fit for purpose
* Liaise with managers, contractors and trades to coordinate labour and support project execution
* Develop work plans, schedules, estimates and resource plans, while monitoring progress against budgets and timelines
* Identify and implement innovative solutions, including environmental and energy efficiency initiatives
* Oversee contractors on site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivery schedules
* Take a hands-on approach where required, supporting equipment installation and commissioning
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in project management or continuous improvement within a food or manufacturing environment
* Strong ability to lead, influence and build positive working relationships across teams
* Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent time management with the ability to deliver projects to deadline
* Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Experience with AutoCAD for concept design and layouts (desirable)

This role reports to the Senior Project Manager and is based at our processing facility near Grantham.
