At The Fresh Mat Co., we specialize in keeping gyms, fitness, yoga, and martial arts studios in tip-top shape.
We believe a clean and fresh environment plays a huge part in creating the best atmosphere for fitness.
We're looking for a Casual Cleaner who is excited about the opportunity to visit different fitness facilities across Sydney. You'll be helping these studios maintain a pristine and welcoming environment for all the hard-working fitness enthusiasts.

**Attributes You'll Need**:
An interest in Fitness
Good Fitness and Mobility as the job can get physical sometimes.
Enjoyment of interacting with studio owners and staff.
A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to handle small equipment like dumbbells, kettlebells, and benches - with the knowledge to lift up to 20 kg safely.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right way - no shortcuts!
A desire to deliver top-notch cleaning services with a smile.
**Key Tasks Include**:
Vacuuming and cleaning floors.
Moving small equipment around (nothing too heavy, just gym essentials like dumbbells, kettlebells, benches).
Mirror and window cleaning to keep everything sparkling.
Manual stain removal from rubber flooring (no stain is too tough!).
Operating the auto scrubber and mopping floors to a professional standard.
Disinfecting equipment and surfaces to keep everything hygienic.
Dusting and maintaining a fresh, clean atmosphere.
**Hours**:
Casual hours, mostly between 9 am and 3 pm in 2-3 hour blocks. Weekdays and Weekends.
Some late evening and night shifts for cleans at 24-hour gyms (don't worry - pay loading applies!).
**Requirements**:
A driver's license and car are beneficial, as you'll be traveling to various locations across Sydney.
Previous cleaning experience is great, but a sharp attention to detail and a desire to get things right is what really matters.

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
