We're expanding and are looking for a motivated Office-Based Shed Sales Consultant to join our Devonport team.
About the Role
This is an office-based sales position with no cold-calling. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who enquire about sheds, garages, carports, and custom builds. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inbound enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins)
* Preparing quotes and sales proposals
* Using our shed design/estimating software (training provided)
* Guiding customers through options, pricing, and council requirements
* Processing orders and coordinating with suppliers and installers
* Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
* Contributing to a positive and professional office environment
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Confidence in selling and building rapport
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
* Attention to detail and good organisational habits
* A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small team
Experience in sales, construction, building supplies, real estate, or office administration will be highly regarded but not essential.
