Disability Support Worker – Mandurah, Harvey & Byford (3 Positions)
One Disability Supports & Mentors is growing and we're looking for reliable, caring, and motivated Support Workers to join our team.
We currently have three positions available :
* 1 × Mandurah
* 1 × Harvey
* 1 × Byford
You'll be working with high-functioning participants, supporting them to build independence, confidence, and live a meaningful, active life in the community.
About the Role
You will be supporting participants with:
* Community access and social participation
* Independence and daily living skills
* Goal-focused mentoring and skill building
* Routine, structure, and positive engagement
* Building confidence in real-world settings

* Previous disability, mental health, youth, or support work experience (preferred but not essential)
Requirements
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
* All required certifications must be obtained before commencing employment
* Working With Children Check (if applicable, or willing to obtain)
* This role involves supporting participants aged 18 and over only
* Current driver's licence and reliable car
* Driver's licence is required for this position
* First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
* Right to work in Australia
