Group HR Administration Assistant Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Group HR Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping an exceptional employee experience across the organization.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing onboarding packs, employment contracts, and change agreements for new and existing team members.
* You will liaise with store leadership and regional, area, and cluster managers to manage contract updates, documentation follow-ups, and role changes.
* Maintaining accurate and confidential digital personnel records is also a key aspect of this position to ensure compliance and data integrity.
* In addition, you will assist with the administration of Criminal History and Visa Checks in partnership with store teams.
* This role also involves acting as the first point of contact for team members, providing timely and professional responses to general HR enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
