About the Role
Join our passionate Public Health team and make a real difference in creating a healthier, safer community As an Environmental Health Officer, you'll be at the forefront of protecting public health—conducting inspections, ensuring compliance, and educating businesses and residents on food safety, water quality, pollution control, and more.

About you
We're looking for motivated and passionate Environmental Health professionals who enjoy teamwork and tackling a wide range of challenges. You'll have:
* A Bachelor of Science (Environmental Health) or equivalent qualification acceptable to the WA Chief Health Officer
* Eligibility to be approved as an authorised officer (noise) under the Environmental Protection Act
* Sound knowledge of statutory requirements relevant to public health and environmental protection

Salary: Starting from Level 5, Step 1 – Level 7, Step 4 ($93,945 – $118,583) based on qualifications and experience under the City of Cockburn Industrial Agreement 2025.
