In the role of Home Lending Executive, you will join a team that's doubling down on customer obsession; we move with speed, keep it simple and win together!
Responsibilities
* Partner with customers to provide expert advice and guidance on NAB's home loan possibilities.
* Manage end-to-end lending processes, ensuring speedy and exceptional service at every touchpoint.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and established clients, working closely to understand their financial goals.
* Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, all driven to provide outstanding results.
* Leverage innovative technology to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in home lending, demonstrating customer obsession in everything you do!
* Strong knowledge of lending products and the mortgage industry.
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.
* A passion for delivering top‐notch customer service.
* The ability to thrive in a dynamic, results‐oriented environment.
