About The Role
National Aluminium are pleased to offer positions for a Process Worker available at our Dandenong South location. Drive productivity and learn new skills in a key manufacturing and product processing role (pick, pack, vertical and horizontal powder coating, stretcher and dieman), with a focus safety and teamwork.
The Process Worker will undertake a variety of manufacturing duties, including but not limited to:
* Picking and packing
* Vertical and horizontal powder coating
* Manual lifting
* Stock put away and relocation
Multiple Positions Available!! Shifts
Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week | Various shifts
Morning Shift
Monday - Thursday 6:00pm - 2:30pm / Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm
Afternoon Shift
Monday - Thursday 2:30pm - 11:00pm / Friday 12:00pm - 6:00pm

* No experience necessary, full on the job training provided
* Customer service focused
* Is proactive, punctual, and reliable
* Able to take instruction and follow through on them
* Approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices
* A desire to learn new skills, working with parts and product and enjoy working with process
* A clear communicator who thrives when working as part of a team
Highly Desirable
* Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn and grow into a more senior role in due time.
* Organised and able to process requests and meet deadlines
* Forklift licence
* Organisational skills
