Our client is a highly regarded Orthopaedic Surgeon.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to provide superior admin support to a busy Surgeon.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Booking appointments
- Chasing up patient results
- Uploading transcriptions, formatting and editing
- Scanning referrals
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Liaising with hospital staff and booking procedures
- Using Medical Software (Genie)
To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and establish efficient office systems. You will have proven ability to work in independently. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing premium customer service.
