About the opportunity :
A fantastic opportunity has become available as a Customer Development Manager for Repco Automotive in the Port Adelaide region and surrounding areas.
Under the guidance of your Channel Manager and working alongside local Repco Store Managers, you will build effective, productive business relationships with our target customers using our CRM platform and promotional activities.
Through these relationships, you will understand customer needs, proactively solve problems, and identify opportunities to increase their spend with Repco. You will be responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of approximately 150 customers in your territory.
All about you :
To succeed in this role, you should have an interest in the automotive industry and experience in sales and/or customer management, preferably within the automotive sector. You should thrive on achieving KPIs and targets and enjoy working in a dynamic, high-performance sales environment with a customer-first culture.
Additional requirements include:
Participation in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
Achieving sales budgets through proactive and innovative approaches.
Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Experience with CRM systems.
A valid Australian driver's license.
A passion for all things automotive.
