With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration and performance, the business works closely with customers across multiple regions and maintains a global marketing and communications network. The Australian team is currently undergoing a significant brand transition and marketing expansion, creating an opportunity for an additional marketing professional to support a range of marketing, communications and brand initiatives.
The Opportunity
This is a broad, hands-on marketing role supporting the marketing and communications team across a wide range of initiatives including digital marketing, events, brand implementation and marketing communications. You will work closely with internal teams locally and globally to help coordinate marketing campaigns, support industry events and ensure marketing content aligns with global brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Digital Content
* Assist with digital marketing campaigns and social media activity
* Support website updates and content development
* Prepare marketing materials, imagery and digital assets
* Help coordinate global marketing initiatives across multiple channels
Events & Industry Engagement
* Support the delivery of industry events, tradeshows and customer demonstration days
* Assist with logistics, messaging and marketing materials for events
* Help ensure effective lead capture and follow-up from events
Brand & Marketing Collateral
* Ensure all marketing materials align with global brand guidelines
* Assist with updating marketing collateral, presentations and product documents
* Support the rollout of new brand assets across digital and print channels
Content & Communications
* Assist with internal and external communications content
* Prepare marketing updates, product content and announcements
* Support storytelling initiatives across digital platforms and internal channels
Design & Creative Support
* Create and update basic marketing materials such as banners, presentations and social media graphics
* Resize imagery and prepare assets for digital campaigns
* Support the design team with ad-hoc marketing materials
Global Marketing Support
* Work with teams across multiple international offices
* Assist with marketing initiatives being delivered across global markets
* Support coordination of marketing activities across regions
About You
* Experience in marketing, communications or digital marketing
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Comfortable working across campaigns, events and content
* Experience with marketing platforms, content management systems or social media tools
* Basic graphic design capability (Adobe or similar tools highly regarded)
* Strong written communication skills and attention to brand consistency
* Spanish language skills highly regarded
* Experience working within industrial, engineering, manufacturing or B2B environments will be advantageous but is not essential.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
