Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes, adhering to best practice nursing procedures.
* Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, dressings, medication reviews, and catheter changes as needed.
* Develop holistic care plans in collaboration with clients, carers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
* Liaise with all parties involved in client care to maintain optimal health and wellbeing.
* Accurately document all interactions and care provided in a timely and professional manner.
* Work safely to protect yourself, colleagues, and clients by closely following policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to vulnerable populations.
* Current registration with AHPRA after completing a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in clinical settings.
* Proven skills in clinical assessment, problem-solving, and communication.
* Initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office products, and willingness to learn new systems.
* NSW driver's license and reliable vehicle.
* Willigness to undergo a police check.
