With a number of key projects commencing in SEQ in early 2026, they are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their SEQ Team, working from their Sunshine Coast and/or Brisbane offices.Please note that this will be a permanent ongoing capacity with the opportunity for continued career progression with the business long term.
The Role:Working closely with the Group's Senior PM and Project Director, you will assist with the relevant Procurement, Contract Management, Financial Reporting, and Commercial Governance functions on projects, while also taking part in the design management and value management processes.
This will include the review, negotiation, and execution of Head Contracts and Subcontracts, ensuring all contract and financial reporting is accurate, while proactively identifying commercial risk and profit opportunities.
The Group's Senior Leadership Team offers a mentorship program with defined progression pathways inline with your career preferences - Senior CA, PE, PM etc. Ideal Experience:
* Minimum 4 years of experience working for a commercial builder, developer or consultancy in a CA, PC, or SE/PE capacity.
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
* Experience overseeing the associated procurement, contract management, and financial management functions, ideally on commercial, industrial, multi-res, and/or mixed-use construction and development projects.
* Experience reviewing, negotiating, and executing Head Contracts and Subcontracts, coordinating with external legal counsel during disputes to achieve resolution.
* Strong contractual and financial management focus, with demonstrated experienced leading the relevant forecasting and reporting functions on commercial projects.
* Demonstrated exposure to the associated design management and value engineering functions, coordinating with the relevant consultants and external stakeholders.
