About the Role
The Central Administration & Payroll Officer, in collaboration with the Central Receptionist, is the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to Central Administration.
They will also provide administrative assistance to Central Administration personnel, particularly the Business Manager, Finance team and Human Resources Officer.
This role forms an essential part of the administrative team and contributes to the smooth running of the College.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a school environment.
* A strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Forms.
* Previous experience working with Databases, such as Seqta, AOS and My HR.
* Previous experience in recruitment and employment administration is highly desirable, along with the ability to interpret EBA / Award / Legislation.
* Experience working with financial data in roles such as AP, AR, payroll or bookkeeping.

Requirements
