The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Principal User Experience - User Interface Designer to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide authoritative and timely advice on User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) solutions
- Lead end-to-end digital product, service and content design activities
- Identify and design new operational systems and processes to support new feature development
- Maintain influential and consultative working relationships and networks
About you
**To be successful in this position you will require**:
- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary
- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $132 072 - $141 738 per annum

The Digital Experience team is part of the Digital and Information stream within the division. The service operates across a major, complex tertiary service based at Southport and provides:
- Process mining and engineering
- User experience (UX) design
- Software development
- Web development
- Integration / interoperability
- Automation
- Testing
