**What you will love about this role**:
- You can work either Full Time or Part Time, using your insurance experience 
- Supporting Account Managers with all policy processing 
- Dealing with any changes to policies 
- Interacting directly with clients and insurers 
- Obtaining quotations, dealing with renewals, raising Certificate of Currency, and processing refunds 
- Using Excel, using macros, and formulas, all asset information is provided in this format
**What you can bring to this role**:
- Experience in any area of insurance, domestic or commercial 
- Strong Excel skills and experience 
- Ideally qualified Tier 1 in Broking, or willing to undertake this qualification 
- Great customer service and communication skills 
- Strong administration skills, with an eye for detail
