Key Performance Manager Role
The ideal candidate for this commercial position will lead and direct the company’s industrial protective coding and remediation efforts across Victoria and South Australia. The selected individual will be responsible for analysing financial data, developing business cases, and managing customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop financial models and ROI analysis to inform business decisions
* Conduct business planning and forecasting for new opportunities and existing contracts
* Manage capital expenditures and monitor expenses
* Finalise month-end results and provide commentary
* Maintain contract and customer relationships
* Lead divisional finance teams and coordinate activities
* Analyse financial performance and report variances
* Implement operational efficiency measures to improve financial outcomes
* Budget, forecast, and conduct long-term planning and reviews
* Reconcile balance sheets and maintain internal controls
Requirements for Success:
* Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
* Senior commercial analyst or commercial manager experience
* SAP expertise
* Proven financial analysis and reporting experience in a commercial business partnering capacity
