GP – Bidyadanga (Community-based)
* Coastal community approx. 2 hours from Broome
* Circa $307K + super
* Accommodation provided + relocation support (negotiable)
* Focus on long‐term, relationship‐based care and cultural engagement
GP – Kutjungka (FIFO)
* 4 weeks on / 8 weeks off
* Circa $307K (pro‐rota) + super
* 25% availability and call-out allowancesFlights and accommodation provided
* Hands‐on remote clinical care with some emergency exposure
About the Role
You will deliver high-quality primary healthcare in remote communities, supported by Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Remote Area Nurses, and central clinical governance teams.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive primary care aligned with best practice
* Manage acute presentations and stabilise emergencies in remote settings
* Support chronic disease management, recalls, and preventative health
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
* Contribute to audits, incident management, and clinical governance
* Build continuity of care through consistent follow‐up and relationships
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner (GP)
* Fellowship with RACGP (FRACGP), ACRRM (FACRRM), or equivalent recognised college (essential)
* Proven rural and remote experience (essential)
* Confident in emergency and complex care environments
* Strong team‐based approach and communication skills
* Commitment to culturally safe, community‐led care
* Experience in ACCHOs highly regarded
