Your Role as Marketing Business Partner
The Marketing Business Partner supports Wesley Mission Queensland's marketing and communications by developing and delivering targeted strategies that drive engagement with new and existing customers across key service areas.
Working closely with leaders, the role provides strategic and tactical marketing advice aligned to WMQ's broader strategy, building effective campaigns that respond to business needs, enhance customer experience, generate leads and support service area objectives.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing local marketing plans with service areas to drive sales-qualified leads and brand awareness.
* Executing integrated marketing campaigns through clear briefs aligned to revenue and market share goals.
* Creating high-quality, compliant copy and content across publications, websites, email and social channels.
* Managing the production of marketing materials, including advertising, brochures, publications and multimedia (video and photography).
* Planning and integrating content across all communication platforms to ensure consistency and impact.
* Coordinating and delivering events, including planning and production.
* Analysing and reporting on marketing performance, collaborating with Sales and Digital teams to track ROI and optimise outcomes.
This role is a Fixed-Term opportunity until March 2027.
What We're Looking For
* A high level of marketing experience – with knowledge and understanding of NDIS being a huge plus
* Robust and adaptable stakeholder management skills.
* Previous experience managing research projects and varied portfolios.
* Ability to analyse market trends and consumer insights with a successful track record launching projects to market.

* Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
* Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel for work
