Join us as a permanent, full-time NRMA employed Driving Instructor. Start with learner lessons and delivering the NSW Safer Drivers Course, then expand your qualifications to facilitate senior assessments and corporate training.

About the role:
* Location: Open to those living in Inner West or North West Sydney, servicing the region between Castle Hill and Ryde.
* Availability: Must be able to work on a roster from Monday to Sunday, between 7 AM and 8 PM.
* Roster: Roster is provided in advance; shifts are based on customer demand, focusing on weekends and before/after school hours.
What You'll Bring:
We are committed to ensuring a safe and positive customer experience. Candidates should have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
* Essential licenses: Current Certificate IV in Transport and Logistics, valid NSW Driving Instructor Licence, minimum 3 years experience as a Driver Trainer in NSW, willingness to obtain TfNSW Safer Drivers Course accreditation (module 2), willingness to obtain Senior Assessment qualifications, valid NSW C class Driver’s Licence, and a valid Working with Children’s Check (WWCC).

* Passion for helping learner drivers become safe and independent
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with empathy and patience
* Ability to promote NRMA products through needs-based selling
* Strong communication skills to engage with diverse individuals
* Excellent knowledge of NSW road rules and regulations
* Effective diary management and a strong work ethic
* Ability to adapt to various learning styles and needs
* Team player willing to grow with the business
Desirable (or willingness to obtain):
* Facilitation skills (willingness to undertake Cert IV Training and Assessment)
* Willingness to upskill in driver training products such as SDC and proprietary corporate programs
