Responsibilities: • Build deep relationships with existing and prospect customers to meet their home loan needs • Maintain a consistent and tailored relationship management service to our most valuable Premier, HNW & UHNW customers • Prepare and submit credit submission to the credit team to deliver a seamless customer experience in relation to home loan needs • Collaborate with other segments of HSBC (, retail banking, corporate banking, markets) to deliver a holistic and seamless customer experience and referrals where appropriate. •pliance with the relevant Group standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements Requirements: • Experience in Lending and Relationship Management in the HNW/UHNW segment ( Private or Business banking experience) • Experience inplex credit structuring for HNW/UHNW customers including trust structures, self employed applicants and various ie sources • Understanding of regulatory landscape relating to Responsible lending • Strong client focus and ability to develop long term partnerships with customers across various segments and industries (C-Suite executives, business owners, professionals) • Ability to win new business leveraging HSBC's value proposition and strong relationship management Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
