A dynamic and experienced retail professional is sought after to fill a Store Manager position at our Currumbin Waters store. This key role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including pool water analysis and problem-solving, customer service and sales, staff management, and other essential duties.
Requirements
* Previous retail/pool shop experience required.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to motivate and manage a team. Additionally, they must be able to provide exceptional customer service and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
* Promptly respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
* Manage and train a team of retail sales assistants to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and monitor inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock control.
* Perform various administrative tasks as required.
