Join our dynamic People & Culture team as a Senior Performance & Reward Manager at an exciting inflection point for Stockland (ASX Top 50). Reporting to the Head of Performance & Reward, you will lead the P&R agenda and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as P&C Business Partners, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Senior Leaders, as well as external suppliers and advisors. This role provides key input to the development of Stockland's strategies for performance and reward frameworks in line with the broader People Strategy. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive performance and remuneration programs, including executive remuneration processes and employee benefits. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive continuous improvement in performance and reward programs, leveraging market trends and best practices, while fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
About You
You will bring a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in reward-related HR roles including extensive experience in delivering performance and reward programs, a commercial mindset, and strong advisory relationships with senior stakeholders. Well regarded for your ability to engage positively with stakeholders in a high-performance environment operating multiple projects, you will bring excellent knowledge of best practices and regulatory environments, risk management and controls and possess strong numeracy, planning, and organizational skills. As an effective communicator, you will have the ability to build trusted relationships across the business to deliver outcomes that combine best practices with commercial realities.
