From complete backyard transformations to large-scale outdoor projects including pools, retaining walls, paving, structural works, planting, and irrigation, we deliver high-quality, buildable outcomes.

The Role
This is a structured, performance-driven sales position.
You will manage client enquiries, conduct consultations, design complete landscape solutions (hardscape, softscape, and pools), prepare accurate proposals, and convert opportunities into profitable contracts.
Your ultimate responsibility is not just to sell but to sell correctly, profitably, and in alignment with company pricing frameworks and construction capability.

Essential Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in sales (landscape and construction industry)
• Ability to design complete landscapes including hardscape, softscape, and pools
• Strong understanding of landscape construction methods and materials
• Excellent computer skills (CRM systems, estimating platforms, design software)
• Ability to prepare accurate, buildable, margin-controlled quotations
• Strong pipeline and follow-up discipline
• Current driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities
• Qualify and manage incoming leads
• Conduct on-site client consultations
• Design full landscape concepts aligned with client budgets
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations
• Present and close profitable contracts
• Maintain CRM accuracy and sales forecasting
• Work collaboratively with Construction & Operations teams
• Meet and exceed revenue and margin KPIs
