Key Responsibilities
• General data entry
• Phone reception and customer enquiries
• Use of Xero accounting software
• Booking jobs and scheduling appointments
• Preparing and planning customer quotes
• Providing general administrative support to the team
About You
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using Xero accounting software highly regarded or willingness to learn
• Friendly and professional phone manner
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
