Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the procurement department, overseeing two team members and accountable for:
1. Develop a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
2. Manage relationships with suppliers, contracts, and performance for both local and international vendors
3. Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to optimize cost savings and efficiency
4. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into SAP and CRM systems
5. Prepare and present regular procurement reports to senior management
6. Guarantee adherence to company policies and procedures
7. Identify and implement system and process improvements
Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably managing teams and negotiating with suppliers
* Experience using SAP and strong analytical skills are highly desirable
* Possession of a Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management is advantageous but not essential
