Key Responsibilities:
* Greet Guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
* Serve food and drinks in accordance with hygiene and service standards
* Setup, clear and reset tables
* Operate POS system and must be able to handle cash and card payments
* Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
* Must be able to coordinate with manager and work accordingly
* Assists manager and supports team members in day to day tasks
* Handle guests feedback and resolve basic complaints politely
Skills & Experience & Requirements
* Must have a minimum of 1 year of working experience as a hospitality wait staff or server or Guests service experience
* RSA (Responsible service of Alcohol)
* Must be Citizen or Valid visa with work right
