About you
The Supplier Relationship Manager role is to foster and sustain strong relationships. This individual also supervises the evolution and expansion of the company's supplier strategies. Collaborating with the Supply Chain and Marketing Departments, devise strategies to assist the supplier in broadening their brand portfolio, boosting their revenue, and increasing their market presence
Key Responsibilities
* Build and sustain relationships with the suppliers.
* Recognize and propel opportunities with suppliers by offering enhanced value propositions.
* Proactively notify suppliers of any modifications or prerequisites to ensure the smooth operation of both businesses.
* Formulate market entry strategies, supplying beneficial insights and suggestions to both the supplier and Vitura.
* Enhance key business procedures such as business resilience, supplier integration, and supplier experience.
* Develop go-to-market strategies, providing valuable insights and ideas.
* Effectively communicate brand standards, strategy, and marketing programs to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Assume responsibility for directing and guaranteeing the prompt implementation of all brand activities specified in the Supplier Distribution Agreement Strategy.
* Work in unison with internal departments to create impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring productive teamwork and outcomes.
* Continuously reviews the performance of the supplier's brand and products and makes recommended changes to the market strategies.
* Identify potential issues and resolve them to ensure that the supplier and Vitura are not at risk of any adverse situations.
* Monitor campaign results and provide recommendations for the brand's future direction.
* Regularly review and track brand performance and health, providing comprehensive reports to the supplier and the Company.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Minimum 5 years of supplier relationship management experience ideally within the therapeutic goods sector.
* Previous Supplier and Brand management experience, ideally in health and medical.
* Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset to look for innovative ways of increasing market presence.
* You understand what makes a product or brand easy to buy/use, and champion this within your projects.
* Natural relationship builder on all levels.
* Strong analytical and database decision-making.
* Demonstrated strong people management skills with the ability to influence and deliver key initiatives.
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive key initiatives.
* Proactivity, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead a portfolio.
* Ability to prioritise workload, aligned with excellent time management.
* Tech savvy with advanced computer processing skills including Microsoft Suite.
* Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Other items required:
* Australian working rights for at least 3 years.
* Must be willing to undertake a National Police Check.
* Unrestricted full driver's licence.
