Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the effective operation of our learning area, providing spiritual, pastoral, and academic leadership. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Deputy Principal – Teaching & Learning to develop teaching and learning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of teaching and learning initiatives, fostering innovation and creativity across the school.
* Work collaboratively with the Teaching & Learning Team to plan and implement whole-school goals and effect change.
* Provide strong professional support to students, staff, and parents, ensuring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A relevant 4-year tertiary qualification and current registration with the Teachers Registration Board WA.
* Accreditation to Teach in Catholic Schools and a Working with Children Check.
* Strong professional experience in your teaching areas, including an ability to lead innovation and foster creativity.
