About You Degree in Civil Engineering. Ideally RPEQ, CPEng, or working towards registration. Around 10 years’ experience in civil engineering design and project delivery. Strong experience in land development and/or civil infrastructure projects. Comfortable managing projects, timelines, and client relationships. Experience mentoring engineers or leading small teams. Proficiency with industry design software such as 12d, Civil 3D or similar. Clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with clients and colleagues. About the Role Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure and land development projects. Oversee projects from early planning through to detailed design and construction support. Provide technical guidance to engineers and designers within the team. Maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, and other stakeholders.
