About MHDAS
MHDAS delivers integrated, recovery‑oriented mental health, drug and alcohol assessment, treatment and community support across the Barwon region. Role Summary
As a Community Clinician with the Colac Adult & Youth Mental Health Team, you will provide evidence‑based treatment and support to young people aged 16‑25 with complex needs, including drug and alcohol comorbidity and homelessness. You will be based at the Colac Adult and Youth team, deliver high‑quality clinical care, and provide line‑management supervision for clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver best‑practice mental health, drug and alcohol care to people aged 16‑65 in the Barwon Region.
- Provide evidence‑based treatment and support to young people aged 16‑25 with complex needs.
- Supervise and manage clinical staff caring for youth consumers.
- Contribute to leadership and relevant service development initiatives for the Colac Adult & Youth team.
